Talyroo was founded in 2025 by a healthcare technologist and a practicing clinic owner who were frustrated by how much time and money clinics waste on administrative tasks like phone calls, insurance checks, and paperwork.

After seeing frontline staff burned out and patients frustrated by long waits, we set out to build a smarter, AI-driven system that could automate routine workflows — without adding more complexity or cost.

Our mission is to make outpatient clinics more efficient, more human, and more profitable — starting with triage, intake, and billing, and eventually transforming the entire EHR experience.

Our Story

Talyroo was founded in 2025 by Jag Ambwani, Eduardo Larranaga, and Auroprit Bhanjadeo — three professionals who met while pursuing their Executive MBAs at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. What began as a series of late-night discussions about the future of healthcare quickly turned into a shared mission to build something meaningful.

Jag, a practicing clinic owner, had experienced firsthand the operational overload clinics face — from endless phone calls to manual billing to staff burnout. Eduardo brought expertise in business strategy and financial operations, helping shape a model that made sense for independent clinics. Together, they partnered with Auro, a technologist and seasoned healthcare builder, to lead product vision and development.

What united them was a core belief: that AI should ease the administrative burden on clinics — not add to it.
